2020 - Round 6 Results - MoSHPlay Rebounds
/It’s been a long time since Home Sweet Home sat atop the Head-to-Head Tipster Leaderboard, but that it does this week after bagging a perfect 9 from 9 in the week where no team was actually playing at home for the first time in almost 60 years.
It now leads ENS_Linear, MoSHPlay_Marg, and MoSSBODS_Marg by a single tip.
The all-Tipster average for the round was 5.9 from 9, dragged down again by another 4 from Consult The Ladder.
The best mean absolute error (MAE) for the round belonged to MoSHPlay_Marg, just ahead of Bookie_9 and its MoS siblings. MoSSBODS_Marg still sits it in 1st place on the Leaderboard, and is still about 11 points ahead of MoSHBODS_Marg.
The round’s worst MAE belonged to Bookie_Hcap, who now finds itself second friom bottom on the ladder, albeit only about a couple of goals behind MoSHPlay_Marg in 5th.
All of the Head-to-Head Probability Predictors returned positive log probability scores this week in a row, though those from the bookie-based predictors were only barely positive. Best was MoSSBODS_Prob, who remains 1st on the Leaderboard, and next best was MoSHPlay_Prob, who climbed into 3rd.
WAGERS
A sixth straight profit this week, as the Head-to-Head Fund has a real day out, bagging 6 from 6 to climb by 12%. The Line Fund also returned a profit, though a more modest one, while the Overs/Unders Fund turned in its third straight loss.
Overall, the increase in the Combined Portfolio was 4.5c, which means that it now stands priced at $1.157, this result coming now from a 38.6% ROT on a 0.41 turn of the Portfolio Funds.
