2022 - Round 10 Results - Back in Black
/It was another week where the Head-to_Head Tipsters were at sixes and sevens, with five of them recording 6 from 9 results, and four of them 7 from 9. MoSSBODS_Marg was, again, one of the sixes, and MoSHBODS_Marg of the sevens, which allowed MoSHBODS_Marg to draw level with MoSSBODS_Marg on 63 from 90 (70%), one tip ahead of Bookie Knows Best, and two ahead of the RSMP twins.
The all-Tipster average was 6.4 from 9, taking the all-Tipster all-season average to 66%.
All of Margin the Predictors recorded mean absolute errors (MAEs) of between 16.6 and 19.4 points per game this week, with the best recorded by Bookie_9, who remains in last place, and the worst recorded by Bookie_3. The MoS trio all did enough, however, to remain in the top three spots on the Leaderboard. The all-Predictor average came in at 18.2 points per game.
MoSHPlay_Marg still heads the Leaderboard, with MoSSBODS_Marg still in 2nd, and MoSHBODS_Marg in 3rd. ENS_Linear continued its climb off the bottom of that Leaderboard, and this week climbed two spots into 6th.
Log probability scores were all positive yet again this week, but narrowly best for the MoS trio. MoSHBODS_Prob did enough, though, to move back into 1st place, ahead of MoSHPlay_Prob and MoSSBODS_Prob.
WAGERING
All three Funds recorded profits this round on fairly subdued activity levels and on five collects from eight wagers.
The overall round profit for the Combined Portfolio was 1.7c, which moved it to a season-long profit of just over 23c, that from a +38% ROT on a 0.61 turn.
