2019 - Round 11 Results - MoSHPlay's Round
/MoSHPlay tipped eight winners this week, including the Roos’ upset win over the Tigers, to restore its one tip lead at the head of the Head-to-Head Tipsters Leaderboard. Its record is now 66 from 99 (67%). There were seven successful favourites, which helped the remaining Tipsters score 6 or 7 from 9 themselves, and left the all-Tipster average for the round at 6.9 from 9.
MoSHPlay also recorded the round’s lowest mean absolute error (MAE) of 28.3 points per game, just slightly better than ENS_Linear’s 28.6, and the RSMP twins’ and Bookie_3’s 28.7 points per game. That wasn’t enough, however, to move MoSHPlay_Marg up the Leaderboard. It remains in 9th place, though only 16 points behind 6th, and less than 50 points behind 3rd.
The all-Predictor average MAE for the round was 29.6 points per game, which took the all-Predictor season average to 26.6 points per game.
Five of the Top 6 Predictors on the Leaderboard now have line betting records that would be profitable at $1.90 prices.
For the third week in a row, all of the Head-to-Head Probability Predictors registered positve log probability scores. Best was MoSHPlay_Prob ahead of MoSHBODS_Prob and C_Prob, while worst was MoSSBODS_Prob who nonetheless retained 1st place ahead of MoSHBODS_Prob. MoSHPlay_Prob climbed two places into 4th.
WAGERS
It was another loss for Investors this week as both the Line and Overs/Unders Fund made losses that, combined, could not be fully offset by the Head-to-Head Fund’s profit.
In total, the loss for Round 11 was 4c, which took the Combined Portfolio’s price to $1.161, this result coming now from a 17.2% ROI on a 0.94 turn.
