/All six early-week favourites won this week, which meant that all but Consult the Ladder and Home Sweet Home tipped 6 from 6.
That made for zero movement on the Head-to-Head Tipster Leaderboard, which now sees MoSHPlay_Marg on 78.5 from 120 (65%), one tip ahead of Bookie Knows Nest and MoSSBODS_Marg. The all-Tipster average for the round was 5.4 from 6, which took the season-long figure to 75.2 from 120 (63%).
Margin prediction was a little poorer this week, with mean absolute errors (MAEs) ranging from Bookie_Hcap’s 29.8 points per game to MoSSBODS_Marg’s 34.3 points per game, with the all-Predictor average coming in at 31.2 points per game, which is up by a little over 5 points per game on last week. The season-long all-predictor average is now 26.6 points per game per predictor.
The only move movement on the Leaderboard was Bookie_9 leap-frogging RSMP_Weighted and Bookie_3 into 6th spot.
The gap between 1st and 8th has shrunk to about 27 points.
Log probability scores were all highly positive and fairly similar this week, but sufficiently higher for MoSHPlay_Prob that it moved into 1st place on the Leaderboard ahead of Bookie_LPSO and Bookie_OE.
WAGERING
It was a week very unlike the last two for Investors, with all three Funds registering losses and, collectively, providing only 2 collects from 10 wagers.
Overall, the Combined Portfolio finished down by almost 9c, which leaves it down now by 7.4c, that from a -3.4% ROT on a 2.2 turn.
