MoSHPlay_Marg tipped the card this week, and with just nine games to play to complete the season, will be very hard to catch on the Head-to-Head Tipsters’ Leaderboard, which it still leads by three tips from MoSHBODS_Marg.

The all-Tipster average for the week came in at 7.8 from 9, with only Home Sweet Home bagging fewer than eight correct tips.

Things are much tighter on the Margin Predictor Leaderboard, where Bookie_9 has less than a three-goal lead over the next four Predictors, and even MoSHPlay_Marg in last trails by only just over seven goals. The round’s best Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 19.8 points per game belonged to MoSSBODS_Marg, though the MoS siblings weren’t much farther behind.

There was though, only limited movement on the Leaderboard, as RSMP_Simple climbed to 2nd, and MoSHBODS_Marg to 7th.

All of the Head-to-Head Probability Predictors returned very positive log probability scores this week, best amongst them MoSHPlay_Prob, with the remainder recording near-identical scores. MoSHPlay_Prob’s performance was good enough to see it snag top spot on the Leaderboard, nudging Bookie_LPSO into 2nd, and leaving MoSSBODS_Prob. in 3rd. There’s still proverbially a lot to play for in this competition, too.

WAGERS

Yet another profit for Investors in Round 18, even closer to that from Round 16, and almost entirely down to the Roos effort in staying in touch with the Finals-bound Eagles.

This week’s overall profit came from profits on both the Line and Overs/Unders Funds which, in total, amounted to a 2.1c increase in the value of the Combined Portfolio. It now has a price of $1.136, this result coming from a 14.4% ROT on a 0.947 turn of the Portfolio Funds.
